She later continued her work in Australia where she ran her own studio, Pilates on Stanley. For many years, Ágnes Ecker has been committed to the development of movement and body awareness. She completed her training as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer at the Fitness Company and started teaching in fitness centres in 1999. Always driven by her love and passion for movement, she has continued to educate herself to keep up with the latest trends and scientific findings. She delved deeper into the world of Pilates in 2009 when she completed Stott Pilates' ground and reformer courses, and then expanded her knowledge with additional trainings - Cadillac, Chair and Barre. She has participated in numerous workshops including Jump Board, Prenatal Pilates and Post Injury Rehabilitation. Her main focus in her teaching is to help her students develop a more conscious relationship with their bodies, learn to control them and thus achieve a better sense of well-being. Ágnes is currently studying dietetics at Semmelweis University because she believes that exercise and good nutrition together create a healthy and balanced life.

Lilla is committed to making movement and body awareness accessible and enjoyable for everyone. She studied tourism and hospitality in Budapest and gained extensive experience in the corporate sector in HR. However, sport and conscious living have always played an important role in her life, so it was natural for her to immerse herself in the world of Pilates.
As a Reformer Pilates instructor, she is constantly training and focuses on helping her clients experience not only a strengthening of their bodies, but also the joy of movement and inner balance. Her credo is that Pilates offers everyone the opportunity for improvement - whether it's improving posture, strengthening or relieving everyday stress.

It makes a huge difference where you first try Reformer Pilates, and for Bogi, this experience was a defining moment. Before long, she became a passionate enthusiast of this form of exercise, and she wanted to share this feeling with others as soon as possible – which is how she became a Reformer Pilates instructor.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced participant, his classes aim to offer variety, a challenge and relaxation all at once.
She warmly welcomes you, whether you have a sedentary job during the week or are still looking for a form of exercise that both helps you unwind and tones your body. Whatever your goal, the aim is for you to leave the class having enjoyed a positive exercise experience and to feel better afterwards than you did before.
For Vivi, Pilates is the meeting point between physical strength and inner awareness – which is why, for her, it is more than just a workout. She came to the profession from the world of finance – first as a group fitness instructor, then building on her knowledge through training courses to become a mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. Today, she lives out her vocation as a full-time Pilates instructor, a career she once chose purely out of passion. She believes that Pilates means something different to everyone. For some, it’s a way to recharge; for others, a challenge; and for others still, a form of relaxation. She structures her classes in this spirit – with varied exercises and multiple levels of difficulty – so that beginners and advanced practitioners alike can find their own path to progress. Her aim is simple: for her clients to leave the studio not only with a stronger body, but also with a clearer mind and more energy.
Exercise has always played an important role in Olivér’s life. He has been involved in sport since childhood, played football competitively for many years, and has found in Pilates a form of exercise that simultaneously strengthens the body, improves mobility and helps him escape from the daily grind. For him, Pilates is not merely a form of exercise, but a mindful practice that recharges him both physically and mentally.
Olivér’s own journey with Pilates began at Allegro Studio, so it is particularly important to him that, as an instructor, he can now pass on the enthusiasm and energy that he himself experienced at the studio.
In her classes, she strives to find the right level of challenge for every participant, whilst ensuring that mindful movement, correct technique and a positive atmosphere all play a central role. She believes that regular exercise is truly valuable when it not only makes you stronger, but also re-energises and helps you unwind.
