The Allegro Pilates studio is situated in Vizafogó, in Budapest’s 13th district, near the Árpád Bridge: 1133 Budapest, 6 Árbóc Street.
Easily accessible by public transport: we’re just a few minutes’ walk from the Göncz Árpád city centre stop on the M3 metro and tram line 1, as well as from the Árpád Bridge bus station, so you can get here quickly from Újlipótváros, Angyalföld and Óbuda.
Doors open 10 minutes before the clock starts. We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time so you can comfortably choose your reformer bed, get settled and get in the mood for your workout.
Arriving on time is also crucial for the smooth running of classes. Arriving after the class has started can disrupt the flow of exercises and the concentration of other guests. To ensure a calm, focused training experience for everyone, please be on time and arrive on time!
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely and in which you feel comfortable. If you need to, you may also want to bring a towel.
Don't forget to bring a water bottle (preferably not glass). We provide filtered water in our studio so you can refill your bottle at any time.
No, the use of anti-slip socks is not compulsory, but recommended for greater stability and comfort.
Please do not bring your phone or other personal items into the reformer room. The class is a great opportunity to completely switch off and focus on yourself. Give yourself the opportunity to enjoy the joy of movement without distraction!
If you have booked a lesson but are unable to attend, you must cancel using the MotiBro booking system on our website. You can cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time for group classes and 24 hours for private classes.
Important: We do not accept cancellations by email, phone or social media.
If you cancel a group lesson within the 12-hour or private lesson within the 24-hour deadline, it will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be considered used. This rule applies even if you are on a waiting list for the class.
If you don't cancel the class and don't show up, it's a no-show. In this case, the opportunity will also be considered used.
Why is the Code important?
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, but the aim of the policy is to ensure that all guests have uninterrupted access to the lessons. By planning accurately and cancelling early, you are helping to ensure that others can attend your booked lessons.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Even though we check our email regularly, your message may not arrive on time. To ensure smooth administration, the booking and cancellation process is done through our website's user-friendly booking system.
This solution is the fastest and easiest way to secure or modify your booking in a timely manner, while minimising the possibility of communication errors. Thank you for your understanding!
First of all, congratulations on the wonderful news! We know how important it is to stay active during pregnancy and we're happy to support you.
You can continue to attend classes as usual until the 15th week of pregnancy.
After week 15, please book a private reformer lesson with one of our expert trainers. During the class, our instructor will teach you safe and effective practices based on the latest international pregnancy guidelines.
You can then continue to join the group lessons with the knowledge you have acquired and a secure foundation. Our instructors are always on hand to make sure you get the support you need to do the exercises safely.
Congratulations on the arrival of your new family member!
We fully understand that you want to take time for yourself and gradually get back into the rhythm of your old life. Please wait at least 6 weeks after giving birth or until your doctor gives you permission to resume physical activity.
We look forward to welcoming you back! We welcome you and will help you safely build back your strength, endurance and fitness, step by step.
Pilates is a real „feel good” form of exercise - it makes you feel better physically and mentally! You'll feel more energetic, confident and balanced after a session.
The special thing about Pilates is that it builds your body from the inside out. It develops the deep muscles, especially those of the trunk, which give stability, strength and support. It also helps to improve movement coordination and concentration, so that not only your body but also your mind becomes stronger and more focused.
Give it a try and experience the positive effects of Pilates!
Not at all! Our classes are suitable for almost anyone - from the age of 16, of any body type, gender and fitness level. Our expert instructors will support you at all levels and suggest personalised modifications if necessary to tailor the exercises to your needs.
It's important to let us know before class if you have any pre-existing medical conditions so that you feel safe during the training.
In the classes you will feel your deep muscles working - even shaking, and you will experience a pleasant „burning” sensation. Don't worry, it's perfectly normal, in fact it's a sign of progress!
