Anatomy of the pelvic floor
You learn to see the complex system of fascia and muscle layers of the pelvic floor. You will understand and experience for yourself their relationship to the anatomy of the whole body.

Dynamic imaging
You link movement with different types of mental images, sensory signals, proprioceptive sensations, inner dialogue and self-touch. Scientific evidence shows that this makes movement more effective.

The art and science of giving instructions
A good verbal cue is anatomically precise, yet easy to understand. During the training you will learn how to implement both. You'll add dozens of fresh, creative cues to your teaching repertoire. Dozens of new, fresh instructions to enrich your teaching!
