A Service provider and Consumer The content of the contract between the parties is set out in these GTC (General Terms and Conditions). The contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, the conditions under which the contract is concluded, the terms and conditions of payment, the rules on liability and termination, and the way in which complaints are handled. These GTC shall enter into force on the first day of April 2025.

Relevant legislation
These GTC are governed by the provisions of Hungarian law, and in particular by the following legislation:
Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses
Concepts:
Consumers: „A consumer is a natural person who has not concluded the present contract in the course of his/her business or self-employed activity, i.e. who purchases or uses services as a private individual.”
Service provider: „Service provider” means a legal person or an entity without legal personality which provides the services covered by this contract to the consumer.”
Introductory provisions
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to the use of the services of Allegro Pilates Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
The purpose of the GTC is to define the rights and obligations between the Service Provider and the natural person using the service (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer").
The T&Cs cover all services provided by the Service Provider, including group and individual Pilates classes, courses, passes and discounts.
Services and conditions
Allegro Pilates Studio offers individual and group Pilates classes, courses and other related movement programmes.
The times and fees of the lessons are available on the Service Provider's website and in the timetable available on the premises.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the timetable and coaches.
Pilates classes offered by the provider:
Registration and cancellation policy
Participation in the classes requires prior registration. The obligation to register and to cancel is fulfilled by the Consumer on the MotiBro through the reservation system.
Provisions on cancellation conditions:
If the Consumer repeatedly fails to appear without cancellation at the times agreed and fixed in advance by the parties, the Service Provider reserves the right to limit the Consumer's possibility of prior reservation.
Season tickets and prices
The services of Allegro Pilates Studio can be booked with a season ticket or a season pass for a limited period of time.
Passes are non-transferable and can only be used within the specified validity period.
Unlimited passes are only available on a limited number of places, subject to availability and entitle you to one hour of participation per day.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the prices, of which the Consumer must be informed in advance. The Service Provider shall also publish any changes to prices on its website.
No refund is possible after the purchase of a season ticket or occasional ticket, except in the case where the service is not provided due to the fault of the Service Provider. The Service Provider is not obliged to refund the pro rata fee for occasions beyond the expiry date.
The Consumer must pay the instructor the fee for participation in the services in advance by cash or by bank transfer to the bank account provided by the instructor, by credit card, by using online payment methods or by presenting a pass.
Health liability, safety standards,
The Consumer participates in the classes offered by the Service Provider at his/her own risk, i.e. it is the sole responsibility of the Consumer to choose the form of exercise that is appropriate to his/her health condition. The instructor and the organisers cannot be held responsible for any injury, accident or health problem that may occur due to the negligence of the Consumer.
All Consumers using the services provided by Allegro Pilates Studio are required to inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries or conditions (e.g. pregnancy, chronic illness, post-surgical conditions, etc.) that may affect safe participation prior to the class.
The services provided by the Service Provider may not be attended by any person who suffers from a communicable disease or has a health problem that may endanger the safety of other persons present.
The Service Provider shall exercise the utmost care in the provision of its services and shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the improper use of the equipment.
The Supplier is not responsible for valuables left by the Consumer in the changing rooms or common areas.
House Rules
At Allegro Pilates Studio, classes and sessions start at the time agreed with the Client in advance, with a minimum arrival time of 5 minutes before the session.
Shoes are not allowed in the reformer room, for stability we recommend the use of non-slip socks.
The tools and machines used in the course of the lessons and conceptions may only be used for their intended purpose. If the Consumer does not use them for their intended purpose and consequently causes damage to the Service Provider, he is obliged to compensate the damage caused in full.
In order to ensure the use of the services, the Consumer is obliged to return the tools and equipment placed at the place of the sessions after use in the proper condition, disinfected.
The use or abuse of tobacco, alcohol or other mind-altering substances is prohibited throughout the Allegro Pilates Studio. It is forbidden to bring dangerous substances, objects or animals onto the Studio premises.
In all services provided by the Service Provider, it is mandatory to put mobile phones and other technical devices on silent mode, thus ensuring the possibility of quiet, concentrated practice for all present.
The Consumer must refrain from any behaviour or activity that causes noise or smell disturbing to others.
All persons wishing to participate in the service should endeavour to present themselves in a condition suitable for attending the sessions.
The Allegro Pilates Studio is subject to a licence for commercial and advertising activities throughout the entire territory.
Data protection and copyright
The Service Provider processes the Consumer's personal data in accordance with the applicable laws. The detailed rules of data management are set out in the Data Management Information, which is available to the Consumer and forms an integral part of these GTC.
By participating in classes and sessions, the Consumer consents to the taking of photographs and video recordings of him/her, which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by the Service Provider. The recordings also help to record internal workflow, serve safety and educational purposes, and contribute to improving the quality of services.
If the Consumer does not wish to be included in the recordings, he must inform the Service Provider in advance.
All content published on the Service Provider's website is protected by copyright and may only be used with the prior written permission of the Service Provider.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Both the Service Provider and the Consumer have the right to terminate this contract in writing or electronically.
The consumer may withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of conclusion if the service has not started. If he exercises his right of withdrawal before the service has started, the Supplier shall refund the full amount of the consideration. The consumer shall be liable to pay the pro rata fee for the service if he exercises his right of withdrawal after the service has started.
If the Consumer does not fulfil his payment obligations, the Service Provider is entitled to terminate the contract in writing and suspend the provision of the service until the Consumer fulfils his payment obligations and pays his outstanding debts.
If the Consumer exercises his right of termination or withdrawal, he must notify the Service Provider in writing or electronically.
Complaints handling and disputes
If you have any complaints, you can contact Allegro Pilates Studio orally or in writing using the contact details provided on the website.
Within 15 working days from the receipt of the complaint, the Service Provider shall investigate the grounds for the complaint and, if it finds them to be justified, shall take measures to immediately eliminate them. If the complaint is found to be justified, the service provider shall immediately take measures to ensure that the consumer is duly compensated at the same time as the grounds for the complaint are removed.
It is in the interest of both parties to settle the dispute amicably, if this is not possible for any reason, the court of the Service Provider's domicile shall have jurisdiction to settle the dispute between the parties.

Final provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The amended terms and conditions shall enter into force upon publication on the website on the date of publication.
If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the provisions not affected by such invalidity shall remain in full force and effect.
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements. By using the services of Allegro Pilates Studio, each Consumer agrees to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
The Consumer acknowledges that the Privacy Policy is an integral part of these GTC.
By accepting these GTC, the consumer declares that he/she has read and understood all the provisions contained in this document and accepts to be bound by them.
